Terms & Conditions
- Check in is between 2pm and 8pm on the arrival day and check out is by 10am on the departure day. Early / late check in, or a late check out, is by prior arrangement only.
A babe in arms (an infant under 6 months old) is free unless a cot is requested, the charge is then $25 per night. We charge $25 per night for children of all ages – and if required will provide a cot and / or high chair within that price; when available.
Unless already made, or agreed in advance, payment for all accommodation is due in full on the day of arrival.
- No visitors in the apartments after 10pm, or they will need to be paid for.
- Any damage to the apartment or motel property shall be charged to your account, plus a further charge for any consequential loss of income.
- Smoking is not allowed in any of the apartments. If you do smoke you shall be charged for any necessary cleaning / lost income.
- No bicycles, or bike parts, allowed in the apartments for any reason (We provide a secure bike store with 24hr access)
- NO PETS are allowed - not in the car either. Sorry
- 2 weeks notice required for all school and public holiday period bookings, and also for family group bookings and special events. 72 hours notice is required at all other times. Short notice will incur the charge of the accommodation booked. However, if we are successful in onselling the booking for you, in whole or in part, we shall refund you as appropriate less a $25 admin charge per sale. All cancellations can be subject to a minimum $25 admin fee per apartment.
- Guests are encouraged to take out travel insurance to protect themselves from the unexpected.
- Group booking terms for sports teams and companies are different, and are as negotiated individually at the time of booking.
- American Express and Diners Club credit cards are accepted, but we do add a 3.5% surcharge to offset the additional cost to us. There is no surcharge for Visa or Mastercard.
